Happy Gut Tea

Ingredients:

Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale)*: Ginger root provides a zippy flavour component to this tea blend, while providing antiseptic properties, protective antioxidants, and soothing anti-inflammatory compounds to relieve gas, cramps, and other digestive issues.

Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare)*: Fennel has an alkaline effect on the body, which helps to neutralize stomach acid responsible for unpleasant sensations such as heartburn and indigestion. Fennel provides gentle relief from intestinal distress, as it contains properties which alleviate gas and bloating. Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)*: Chamomile is one of nature’s most gentle and supportive herbs. It works as a digestive relaxant which helps to provide relief from indigestion, gas, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness. It can also calm stomach inflammation such as gastritis, and help prevent ulcers as well.
