Authentic Indigenous Beaded Birch Bark Medallion ~ Unisex Handcrafted Statement Piece
Genuine birch bark sustainably harvested from wind downed trees on my property in Northern Alberta makes up the centrepiece of this stunning hand beaded medallion necklace.
The medallion is 4 inches across on which I have beaded the outlines of a deer hoof print in black seed beads. I have edged it in tiny AAA quality Tigers Eye gemstone beads and backed it with real tanned deer hide. The chain is a simple beaded spiral stitch in brown and amber size 11/0 glass seed beads. It is 20 inches long and accented with 4 beautiful striped agate stone tube beads in creams and browns. Finally, the clasp is a simple lobster claw clasp in antique brass to match the colours of the pendant. It also has a 2 inch extender chain in case you want to wear it a little lower.
This entire project took me 10.5 hours, not including the time to soak the birchbark to soften it in order to work with it. This is a very time consuming piece that has many steps to it’s creation, but I had to make it a reality as I had seen the finished piece in a dream. I am so happy with how it turned out, and I hope whoever purchases it wears it with the pride in themselves that this brings to mind. It is very earthy yet formal enough to wear in ceremony. In Native American mythology, deer symbolize gentleness, intuition, and a deep connection to nature, often serving as spiritual guides.

Goth Black Heart Pendant Hand Painted Glass Unique Valentine Gift for Her Dark Romance Jewelry
Unique hand painted Glass heart pendant with genuine Hematite stone nugget and white silk tassel.
This eye catching pendant is perfect for the person who is more “goth” than “girly”. I have created it using a large, genuine Hematite stone nugget paired with a hand painted glass heart. The heart is white and the design resembles bear claws painted in black and gold on both sides. I have finished it with a small, white silk tassel and suspended it from a ball chain. The entire pendant is 3 inches long from the top of the nugget to the bottom of the tassel.
The chain is stainless steel and is 20 inches in length with a lobster claw clasp and 2 inch extender chain to make it easy to wear this even over sweaters.
A statement piece that shows that LOVE is not necessarily all pink and red hearts and roses, but can have a more unique, nuanced and everyday casual vibe to it.
Perfect for a non-traditional Anniversary gift, Valentines Day, Birthday or Christmas gift, this is one of the best gifts for her and can be worn year-round anywhere, both dressed up or dressed down.

Handcrafted Turquoise, Coral & Abalone Pendant Necklace – Indigenous Design
This stunning Turquoise and Coral Tribal style pendant is perfect for EVERYONE! Completely unisex, it looks great on every single human being alive in our beautiful world.
I am Canadian Metis, and this is authentic Indigenous jewelry, made by me here in Alberta, Canada. This is my own design, and I have created only one of this necklace.
I have used turquoise dyed howlite stone heishi beads, genuine red coral beads, lovely natural Paua or Abalone shell and 100% pure copper to create this one-of-a-kind piece.
The howlite heishi beads have all the subtle differences in shade to give a rustic, tribal, southwestern feel to the piece, while the genuine red coral beads add a pop of colour and a jolt of energy. The paua shell, or abalone focal has all of the colours of an oil slick on water. It looks like a dissolved rainbow after the rain. The clasp is solid copper and in a simple s-clasp, so you can take it on or off easily whether you are right or left handed.
The beaded portion of the necklace is 20 inches long and the focal is 1.75 inches long by 1.5 inches wide. Just big enough to get attention without shouting.

Handmade Copper Acorn Maple Leaf Bracelet – Autumn Nature Jewelry Hammered Texture Toggle Clasp
This beautiful bracelet is both textured and antiqued to show the character of both the pure copper charms and the large round links. This handmade bracelet is made of 1 inch round, pure textured copper links that I have soldered together to form a beautiful bohemian bracelet perfect for the autumn equinox. Copper is a perfect metal since it is a neutral as well as being hypoallergenic and can be worn by most people. It is also warm and mimics the fall colors. It is 7.5 inches long and closes with a simple toggle clasp.
If you LOVE nature jewelry, then this is a perfect piece for you. I was inspired to make this bracelet by Mother Nature herself, taking inspiration from our Canadian autumns. The charms are pure copper Maple leaves and acorns. The meaning is that of rebirth and renewal or new growth after hard, dark times such as a Canadian winter.
Copper is the traditional gift for the 7th anniversary, 9th anniversary or 22nd anniversary depending where in the world you are located, and it is recognized as a support to arthritis sufferers around the world.

They were also know as “Voyageurs”. The Metis people are recognized as a distinct Aboriginal group here in Canada with our own culture, language (Mechif) and rights. Hudson Bay Blanket Inspired Seed Bead Earrings: Native American Cottagecore Handmade Gift
Inspired by the iconic Hudson’s Bay 4 Point Trading Blanket, these seed bead earrings are a true Canadian product. Handmade by me, a Metis woman who is married to a traditional Metis trapper (retired), these earrings bring thoughts of sitting by a fire wrapped up in this thick wool blanket. This was a much sought-after trade item between the Hudson’s Bay Company fur traders and the local Indigenous people throughout Canada during the early fur trading years. The Hudson’s Bay Blanket was used to make warm Capotes (Metis Blanket Coats) and gloves as well as gracing the beds in trappers cabins.
The colours of the blanket – white with red, green, yellow and navy blue stripes is STILL the corporate colours of The Bay stores. After incorporation by English royal charter in 1677, the company functioned as the de facto government in parts of North America for nearly 200 years until the HBC sold the land it owned (the entire Hudson Bay drainage basin, known as Rupert’s Land) to Canada in 1869 as part of the Deed of Surrender. At its peak, the company controlled the fur trade throughout much of the English- and later British-controlled North America. By the mid-19th century, the company evolved into a mercantile business selling a wide variety of products from furs to fine homeware in a small number of sales shops (as opposed to trading posts) across Canada. These shops were the first step towards the department stores the company owns today.
The earwire or posts (if you choose studs) are silver plated stainless steel. The triangle frame and small silver feather charm are silver plated brass. The seed beads are all glass 11/0 size. The earrings have 13 fringes each and are 5.5 inches long and 1 inch wide.
You can choose these earrings as Dangle, Stud or Clip-on style – whichever suits you 🙂

Indigenous Handcrafted Smudge Kit: Silver Sage Bundle, Beaded Feather Fan for Spiritual Cleansing
Traditional Sage Smudge Kit with Hand beaded Feather Fan.
*** The second photo is of my Husband and myself being smudged by the Red Blanket Man during our traditional, Metis wedding. We are both proud Metis people of Canada.
I have created these traditional smudge kits for those who are interested in the Traditional Indigenous way of smudging using all natural materials.
The feathers are ones that I have found on my property in Kinuso, Alberta. I have hand beaded them with my own designs. Each feather and design are unique and one of a kind combinations. The Red/White/Black feather is approximately 8 Inches long and the Black/Gold Feather is approximately 11 inches long.
The sage is Wild Silver Sage that I harvested myself in the Medicine Hat area of southern Alberta. It was harvested in the traditional way with prayers offered up and tobacco laid down prior to my harvesting it. I have bundled them into groups of 7 and tied them with cotton cord. The ends and pieces that came out of the bundles after drying were returned to Mother Earth. Each bundle is wrapped in plastic wrap to ensure that they do not come into contact with any negative energy and is approximately 9 inches long and 1 inch wide.
I have also included two information sheets, one is about the worldwide traditions and uses of sage and smudging in general. The second sheet is more in-depth into the Indigenous traditions of smudging including respectful handling of the sage.
I will be creating and adding different feathers/kits as I make them up, so if you would like a certain color or combination, please contact me and I will do my best to make your personalized kit for you. Currently both feathers are seagull and the color choices are black/gold and white/red/black.
Thank you for visiting my shop and many blessings.

This great surfer style pendant is the perfect piece for anyone who loves the colours and feel of natural stone. It is matte finished and silky smooth to the touch.
Terra rosa jasper, also known as Mexican porcelain jasper, is a natural gemstone from Mexico. The stone’s light crème color tones are accentuated with sporadic bands of pink, maroon, purple and grey
Porcelain Jasper is a stone of gentleness and relaxation. It offers emotional protection when dealing with difficult and sensitive issues. Porcelain Jasper has a calming, nurturing energy that promotes feelings of stability, safety and security. It works to relieve stress and reminds us to live in the present moment by keeping us grounded. Métis L’Assomption Sash Dangle Earrings – Handmade Alpaca Wool with Infinity Symbol – Hypoallergenic
The beautiful Metis Sash earrings are made with 100% Alpaca Wool. They are on Hypoallergic silver or gold plated Stainless Steel earwires and feature a tiny Metis Infinity Symbol link. They are only 1 inch long including the fringe, and drop approximately 1.25 inches below the earwire. You have the option of having the earwires changed to leverbacks, clip-on or studs, whichever you prefer to wear.
The colours of the Metis sash all have meaning – The blue and white are the traditional colours of the Metis Flag with the Infinity symbol on it. The Red and White are the colours of the Metis hunting flag, The Black symbolizes the dark period after 1870 in which the Métis Nation had to endure dispossession and suppression at the hands of the Government of Canada including being forced off their traditional lands in favour of European settlers. Finally, the Green signifies fertility, growth and prosperity for the Métis Nation. Green also means we must move forward and reclaim our rightful place in Canadian History.
The 4th photo is of myself and my husband during our Traditional Metis wedding ceremony. I think he looks very handsome with his Metis Sash and Ribbon shirt, don’t you? Men traditionally tie the sash around the waist while women wear theirs over the shoulder from left to right if Married and right to left if Available 🙂

Orange Shirt Day Beaded Heart Pin: Indigenous Beadwork Brooch
Dark Orange Indigenous beaded Heart Lapel Pins for Orange Shirt Day/Every Child Matters.
NOTE: As of Nov 30, 2025 I have donated $295 to the Orange Shirt Society
I am a Metis woman married to a Residential School Survivor. Although I did not experience the horrors of Residential Schools myself, many of my friends and extended family did. It is in their honour that I have been making and selling these small brooches as fundraisers for the Orange Shirt Society. (OrangeShirtDay.org)
They are made of a bright orange felt that I have cut into a heart shape and backed with faux leather. I have then beaded around the pin with neon orange and matte black seed beads and added a pin to the back. Each pin is approximately 2 inches across. They are handcut, so some variation in size is to be expected.
These will not fall off and can be used for many years to show your support for Orange Shirt Day/Every Child Matters/National Indigenous Peoples Day. These are my contribution to the Truth and Reconciliation goals of our Canadian people and government.
$5 Canadian from every pin sold is donated to the Orange Shirt Society. Indigenous Beadwork for Indigenous Healing.

The central cabochon is made of acrylic and faceted to catch the light. The pattern is that of a peacocks’ tail with many “eyes” in shades of dark blue and pale green. I have used Pale Aqua green Delica seed beads, Rainbow Mauve Delica seed beads and Blue Iris size 11 Czech seed beads to form a bezel that shimmers and shines. The edging is cobalt blue AB 4mm faceted crystals and I have backed the earrings with black embossed faux leather. The feathers are purple and turquoise blue dyed chicken feathers.
The earrings are on fingernail posts, so you can dance all night long! Pro Tip: If your ears are gauged, you can still wear these earrings, simply put the post through the gauge hole and flip the back closed. They will stay in place and give you a different look for your event.
These beauties are teardrop, or pear shaped and measure 2.5 inches long by 2 inches wide. The feather drop adds another 2.5 inches to turn these into 5 inch long shoulder dusters for compliments all night long!

Phone Lanyard ~ Crossbody Knife Lanyard ~ Indigenous Hand Beaded Cell Phone Accessory
Free up your hands to do the things that are important to you without worrying about losing your phone or wallet. These great cross-body lanyards are adjustable in length and come complete with the adaptor to insert into your cell phone case. If, like me, your cell phone case is also your wallet, then you can have both handy at all times, whether shopping, gardening, walking or dancing!
I have hand beaded each lanyard with size 11/0 glass seed beads in various colour combinations. These are the ones I have in stock now and will be adding more as I finish them. If you want a special colour combo, just message me and I will create a custom lanyard just for you.
These are truly Unisex, and work just as well to hold a knife or keys if that is what you wish, just clip to the knife handle or your keyring instead of your phone case. The phone insert stays inside the cell phone case and does not need to be removed. Just unclip your phone from the lanyard when you don’t need it. As you can see in the video, it easily clips on and off. I love using mine, and at a recent Round Dance I had several ladies ask were I got my lanyard since it was so handy. I could dance every dance without worrying where my phone and wallet were – they were on ME!
The lanyard is adjustable in length up to 30 inches so it can be worn cross-body, or shortened to be used just like a normal neck lanyard. The beading is a full 3 inches on either side of the lanyard in various colour combinations. The clip and the lanyard ends are sturdy stainless steel and the phone insert is a soft velour covered plastic that will not scratch your phone. Once it is inserted into your phone case it stays there and does not block access to your charging port. Can be used in any phone case, no matter the brand.[/video]

Raven Wing Fringe Earrings: Black Seed Beads, Spinel, Hematite – Tribal Jewelry
The pictures do not do these earrings justice 🙁 I have created these amazing black and hematite fringe “wing” earrings using 11/0 glass seed beads and finished the fringes with tiny black faceted spinel gemstone beads. The earrings are 3 inches long and wing shaped and the fringes flow nicely with the slightest movement.
My inspiration for these earrings, like all of my work, comes from nature itself. In this case, the large Ravens that were the only birds to stay throughout the cold, dark winters in the Yukon Territory where I grew up.
The earrings are mostly matte black seed beads with a flash of shiny hematite seed beads, just like the oil slick type of flash on the Ravens wings.
The Raven Spirit or Totem shows the following traits: Intelligence and Cunning, Survival and Adaptability, Partnerships and Guidance, Transformation and Opportunity and Third Eye, Prophecy, and Insights.
It has long been regarded as a familiar of witches, sorcerers, shamans and other “wise folk” around the world.
The shiny black raven can survive and thrive in a wide range of habitats, from the tundra above the Arctic Circle to the hot dry deserts of the American Southwest. The raven also thrives in forests, mountains, on the coast, and in the urban jungle.
The raven has shown an uncanny ability to adapt, survive, and even thrive in a wide range of conditions. In a world where so many species have died out or are endangered ravens have managed to thrive in our human-dominated world.
Therefore, ravens are powerful totems for dealing with an unusually challenging environment, whether it’s your home or work environment or even unfamiliar territory.
You can choose to have these earrings on Ear wires, Lever backs, Studs or Pierced Look Clip-ons.

Raw Aquamarine Drop Earrings Sterling Silver Handmade Crystal Jewelry March Birthstone Gift
Raw, rough Aquamarine crystals provide icy chic to these handcrafted gemstone earrings.
The drops are dainty 5mm chunks of raw aquamarine gemstone crystals. Hand cut means they are not uniform in size or shape, just like everything else in nature, each earring is truly unique.
The crystals are set in solid 925 sterling silver and the ear wires are also solid 925 sterline for those who are metal sensitive.
Aquamarine is the March birthstone and is a stone of the heart chakra. These beautiful icy blue gemstone drop earrings would make a great birthday gift.
If your look is minimalist or boho, these are great for everyday. The delicate, natural crystals would also be great for anniversaries, grad gifts or Mother’s Day.
