Custom Embroidery Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Personalized Orders

All embroidered items are made to order based on the personalization details you provide. Please carefully review all names, dates, initials, spelling, capitalization, and special requests before submitting your order. Embroidered text will be stitched exactly as entered, including uppercase, lowercase, punctuation, spacing, and symbols.

2. Production & Order Changes

Once your order is confirmed, production may begin immediately. No changes, cancellations, or modifications to personalization details, thread colors, fonts, design, or shipping address can be accepted after order confirmation.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom embroidered items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we have made an error in your order.

4. Embroidery & Product Variations

As each item is individually embroidered, slight variations in stitch placement, embroidery density, thread color, garment color, fabric texture, and overall appearance may occur due to the handmade process, monitor settings, fabric dye lots, and manufacturing differences. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Copyright & Trademark

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any names, logos, artwork, or phrases submitted for embroidery.

6. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory content, or any order that cannot be completed as requested or violates our shop policies.

7. Shipping

Estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
