These vinyl emergency pet window decals alert first responders that pets are trapped inside your home when you’re not there to evacuate them. These vinyl stickers won’t guarantee that the firefighters will see them, and they won’t guarantee that my fur babies will be rescued, but it drastically raises their chances of coming out safely.

• Vinyl will stick to most hard, non porous surfaces such as glass, plastic, wood, notebooks and more. Not suitable for use on walls or some textures.

Shipping Policy
►Free Shipping: Free domestic shipping in Canada on all orders over $100.
►Production and Shipping: It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to create our items.
►Shipping to Canada: We ship via Click Ship through various courier companies. They pick up our parcels at our office in London, Ontario and courier them to your province where they scan them in for delivery to you. Delivery takes place in 3-14 business days (14 business days for west coast).
►Shipping to the USA: We use Click Ship to courier your orders to you. They pick up our parcels at our office in London, Ontario and drive them to your location. The entire process takes about 7-10 business days for a parcel to arrive from Canada.
►Shipping Options. I always include tracking so that you can track your own package and know exactly when to expect it.
If you would like to purchase additional tracking or insurance that will be at your own expense. Please let me know prior to purchase and I will add on the additional charges for the cost of insuring your package.
We take great care when packaging your product. Whenever possible we will use recycled packaging materials without compromising the safety of your purchase.
►Local Pickup. We offer contactless porch pickup orders in London, Ontario and surrounding area. Option available at checkout.
Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
►All personalize items are NON REFUNDABLE.
►Damaged and lost items: Will be replaced or refunded on a case by case basis. An item is considered lost if its delivery has exceeded expected delivery by 10 days.
