Shipping is limited to USA and Canada only. All items from this store are made in Canada and ship from British Columbia, Canada. The majority of my items are shipping in boxes to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Loose Beads will be packaged and shipped in a bubble mailer.

I Stand Behind My Work
Every bead I make is properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln and visually inspected before it leaves my bench. I take pride in every piece and I want you to love what you receive.

Broken Beads
Although it doesn't happen often, sometimes a bead breaks without any abuse. If this happens I'll gladly replace it.

If the broken bead is part of a piece of jewelry you purchased from me, return the entire piece and I'll reset it
If the broken bead is part of a piece made by someone else, return the bead only
If I can't duplicate the broken bead exactly I'll replace it with something as similar as possible

To start a broken bead return email me first and I'll send you return instructions.

In-Stock Item Returns
If an in-stock purchase doesn't meet your expectations you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Email me first to initiate your return
Item must be returned in its original packaging in perfect unworn condition
Return shipping is at your expense
Once I receive and inspect the item, your refund or credit will be processed

Your options:
Refund to your original payment method — a 5% restocking fee applies to cover transaction costs. Original shipping is not refunded.

Store credit — full purchase price minus original shipping, no restocking fee. Store credit never expires.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable. Before your order ships I'll send you a photo for approval. Once you've approved it and it ships the sale is final.

If your custom piece doesn't fit as expected I'm happy to alter it where possible:

Return shipping to me is at your expense
Shipping back to you is on me

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged I will replace it or refund your purchase in full. No questions asked. Please email me with a photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
