1. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, if applicable.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their destination country.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the item. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible. However, once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible.

6. Incorrect or Unclaimed Packages

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or because they were unclaimed will require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

1. Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we have made an error in your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

3. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, color preference, or errors in the personalization details provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed or once production has started, whichever comes first. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details regarding order modifications and cancellations.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, personalized products are not eligible for return unless they qualify under Section 2 of this policy.
