This felted bear is one special guy. Yep he’s delivering a Ukrainian message with balloons to wish them a happy birthday. The bear is all needle felted which makes him so cute, furry, and loveable. He also is going to give it to a “3” year child as the number is right on the card. This card can easily be framed as a keepsake picture. Both card and envelope are inserted in a clear cellophane sleeve for protection.
