Hand made veg tan leather and red kangaroo leather “pet” collar. Item is lightly padded for comfort. Measures 1.5″ wide and fits a 15-16″ neck. Has an attached 1″ o-ring in the front and 8 (eight) 1/2″ spikes around the sides.
