Our organic homegrown Trinidad Scorpions, Habaneros and Ghost peppers were smoked in bourbon barrel wood chips and aged for a minimum of 1 year.

The variety of superhot peppers used for this sauce is categorized as “chocolate” due to their brown colours and sweet flavours.
