At Evergreen + Grace, we’re proud to offer custom-made apparel created just for you. Because each item is made to order, please allow a little extra time for production and delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: Not Available

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Made-to-Order Items

Because our products are custom made, we do not accept cancellations once production has started. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Evergreen + Grace is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we’re always happy to help you track down your order and work with the carrier if issues arise.

Refund Policy

At Evergreen + Grace, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade items, many of which are custom and made to order. Please review our refund policy below to ensure you have a clear understanding of how we handle returns and refunds:

No Refunds on Custom and Handmade Items:

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a claim, we require:

A description of the issue.

Photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Upon review, we will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations:

Orders for custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun. For ready-to-ship items, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
