How Does the Order Process Work?

Once your order is placed, I’ll create a mockup template with dimensions.

We’ll review it together to ensure it perfectly fits your home’s setup.

A three-day design confirmation or modification window is offered before manufacturing begins.

Power Requirements & Configuration

Many sign providers expect customers to adapt to their setup — I do the opposite.

I adapt to your setup instead. That’s why I offer several power adapter models.

I invite you to discuss your installation before placing your order, so I can recommend the ideal adapter for a seamless fit.

The sign itself requires 9.5 V to 12 V DC.

Low voltage lines (i.e. landscape lighting or doorbell) are AC, not DC. An appropriate power adapter is mandatory.

You may use compatible third-party adapters, though mine are tuned to the ideal voltage.

Because this sign uses high-power, professional-grade LEDs, it cannot be powered by batteries — unlike many low-end “fairy string” style signs.

My design produces smooth, even illumination without hotspots.

Beware of cheap, battery-powered alternatives that look bright only in photos.

Manufacturing Process

Each sign is fully custom and handmade using 3D additive manufacturing technology, which minimizes waste by using only the material needed.

The material used is PETG polymer, UV-resistant and fade-proof under sunlight — thanks to stable color additives (and metallic particles in the silver version).

These signs perform flawlessly in both intense sun and freezing weather.

They do not rust, even in seaside conditions.

For added rigidity, an aluminum reinforcement is built in — designed to prevent thermal expansion stress (unlike metal-acrylic glued signs sold elsewhere).

Warranty

Each sign comes with a one-year warranty against defects.

Damage caused by wiring errors or incompatible power sources may void the warranty.

Using the optional recommended power adapter is advised for full protection.

Communication

Because this is a fully custom product, communication between buyer and seller is essential.
