The escarpment around the whirlpool in the Niagara River is one of my favourite places to spend time. This was a perfect fall day where the leaves are incredible, the temperature is just right, and the clouds protect my eyes from just enough sun. When hiking here, caution is needed. It’s easy to trip over a rock and break an ankle, and the water is incredibly dangerous.
